This notice explains how Saddlewerkz handles personal data from this website and from enquiries, under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). Last updated 24 September 2026.

When you send the enquiry sheet we receive what you type into it: who is learning, their age or year group, how many learners, what has been tried before, preferred days and times, where and in which language, your name, your email address and, if you give it, your WhatsApp number. When you message or call us, we receive your number and what you tell us.
To reply to your enquiry and to arrange and run lessons: scheduling, the meeting point, and what the coach needs to know about the learner. We do not sell it.
Enquiries about a child learner should come from a parent or guardian. We ask only for what the coach needs, such as the child’s age and anything that affects how they learn.
The enquiry sheet is sent by email to the coaches; this website does not keep a copy of your entry. WhatsApp messages are carried by WhatsApp under its own terms.
For as long as we need it to arrange and run lessons. Ask us to delete it and we will.
This website uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It sets cookies that record the pages you view, your device and your approximate location, not your name or contact details, and Google processes that data under its privacy policy. You can block these cookies in your browser, or use Google’s opt-out add-on. The site uses no advertising cookies. The map on the contact page is embedded from Google Maps; when it loads, Google may set its own cookies. Links to our Google reviews and to WhatsApp take you to those services.
